ROOF TRUSS GANTRY SYSTEMS

TSS Auto (6’-6” x 37’-0”) Vertical Roof Truss Press / $15,500
6’-6” wide x 37’-0” long clear span table supported with 16” steel “I” beams / Hydraulic vertical gantry head with a 16” wide x 6’-6” platen head / 240 volts but the motors are set up by the factory so they can quickly and inexpensively be rewired for 440 volts 3 phase / The table has a steel top with a 1 ½” layer of lumber top with an additional layer of self sealing plastic top. This system allows you to quickly set up or change your set up by using 2x4 blocks to jig around your truss. When you change your setup, simply remove the blocks from the table and reposition them as needed. The holes that were put in the plastic by the nails reseal so that the plastic can be used over and over again. You can build multi trusses on the table using a single press at each or multi aligned joint location. This is a one step process that completely seats the plate into the lumber and does not require flipping the truss or a finish roller to complete the operation.. This press can also be used to set and build flat girders that you may need to span across room openings, etc. You can build a girder as long as you wish simply build 30’ of the girder, slide the completed section off the end of the table and add additional lumber to get the length that you would need. The gantry platen is 16” wide which allows you to press the large plates that would be required for girders. Click video icon to see video!
