All quotes shall
be processed from the Impact Group. Upon acceptance of the proposal by the
buyer. Impact Group shall schedule an approximate
delivery date for the equipment. Quoted price shall remain active 30 days
from date of quote.
50% down is required when the signed
proposal is submitted, the balance shall be due prior to shipment of the equipment.
All applicable federal and excise
taxes, fees, tariffs etc; are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All equipment shall be sold FOB
our plant. Optional shipping arrangements can be made at the buyers request.
Freight is not included in the quoted price.
